  I have self-managed my rental properties for years and PMI Wiregrass is the first company I have felt at peace entrusting them to for management. The onboarding was smooth and seamless, and within a few short days of signing on, they had my first unit ready to roll--from outprocessing the vacating tenant to getting it advertised on their website. I love PMI's use of technology to communicate, stay on top of property activities, collect rent and disburse to owners, and allow tenants to make service requests and pay rent. I don't think they could make it any easier, and now I don't have to field the night and weekend service calls! I have to say that Dee Moring Harpe is a BIG reason why I connected with PMI Wiregrass. When I learned that she would be returning to her role as Business Development Manager under the new ownership, it was a no-brainer. Dee worked with me to get the details hammered out and promptly answered all my questions.   Been working with them for about 9 months now and the whole experience has been beyond pleasant, my wife and I just got finished with one of the worst landlords we've ever encountered before moving here, and the friendly staff at PMI has been a night and day difference. Very timely responses for problems, gives plenty of advance on scheduling a time to be at the property, which happens not very often, and every time I contact anyone there they are so friendly and helpful. If you are moving here for Flight school, or just looking to move away from a larger city area, please do yourself a favor and give the staff at PMI a look.
