They met Ashley at Clayton Homes in Northport and seen a couple of homes they really liked. This was my son’s first home purchase and wanted me to meet Ashley and get my opinion on the homes and cost. We drove up on a Saturday and Ashley walked us through both models that they were thinking about purchasing. She answered all of my questions and I had a LOT considering I am a banker! I told my son and his wife my thoughts and he decided to complete the application that afternoon. He received a call the following Monday that he was pre approved and could move forward. He has a job that does not allow him to have his phone during working hours. I was not on the application, but Ashley included me on the group text. So if I was available and had the information being requested I could get that over to them. That was a tremendous help in getting the requested items to them in a timely manner to keep things moving smoothly! With the rain we have had it has slowed down their move in day, but it finally arrived this week! If you are looking for an honest person to help you, your family or a friend find their new home please call Ashley Smith! She is honest, sincere and easy to work with! Thank you Ashley!
