  I’ve enjoyed my experience at Lane Parke apartments so far. Misty and the management team are friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments are in a great location, and the team works hard to ensure a sense of community for the residents. The apartments are in great shape, and the maintenance team is responsive and thorough. Thanks to the staff at Lane Parke for making my move so easy!

  Lane Parke Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable, with many neat shops and restaurants nearby. The location truly can't be beat. The management and staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. Robin, Kim, and David in the office are all incredibly kind and helpful. The maintenance team- Kurt, Harold, and Fred are all quick to help and all requests are handled promptly. Robin leads her team so well! Each staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and address whatever is needed. The complex itself is kept up very well and is clean. Anyone needing an apartment in Birmingham would be lucky to live here!

  The staff at Lane Parke does an incredible job making residents feel at home and the leasing process was very simple. There are so many great places to eat and shop right outside your front door. Great service and location just can’t be beaten!

  The overall location and price point is good, as well as the pool and workout facilities at the property. The downside to the property starts with the property management team, the leasing process and the nickel & dime approach to billing. The lease management team - start to finish didnt return any of my phone calls or emails. The Bill payment approach - $1.99 per payment, the trash collection fees to the contract language of the lease. I should have listened to the early signals and selected a different property.
