  The young lady with braids that I met early Tuesday morning was super kind and answered every question I had. She gave me paperwork to review about prices and amenities. She was super accommodating and kept offering me refreshments. We didn't tour while I there in the a.m. bcuz I opted to come back later when we thought Ms. Bernadette would be there. I sat down with Ms. Bernadette to prepare to tour the property. I distinctly remember her telling me we were going to tour unit 5055 or something with a bunch of 5's in it, but she took me to 5406 instead which was in the back. When I saw that I just kept it to myself. I need a 1br but for $1400 a month, No Way. It has amenities that you can't opt out of which makes it expensive. Plus the apartment shown was very Very tiny. The kitchen is tiny. I've seen studio apartments with kitchens bigger than that. Not feeling the Oaks at St Clair. 🙏🏼

  Renetta was so incredibly kind! Since I walked in the door everyone has been welcoming and easy to work with. Even though my situation was a little complex, Renetta explained everything openly and kindly and made me feel valued. Already very impressed with the Oaks of St. Clair!!

  Didn't want to leave this review but I have not heard back from them. They will charge you after leaving but not tell you and let it go to collections. I had a great experience while staying but they did not answer or return my calls to fix this. I've left two voicemails months ago and haven't heard anything. The account is still in collections and I never got a bill or anything from them.

  We love it here! The staff is amazing and this is by far the best apartments we’ve lived in.
