Even though my situation was a little complex, Renetta explained everything openly and kindly and made me feel valued. Already very impressed with the Oaks of St. Clair!!
- JJJayMar 11, 20261.0Didn't want to leave this review but I have not heard back from them. They will charge you after leaving but not tell you and let it go to collections. I had a great experience while staying but they did not answer or return my calls to fix this. I've left two voicemails months ago and haven't heard anything. The account is still in collections and I never got a bill or anything from them.
