  We lived here for a year, and the move-out process was extremely disappointing. Even after following their requirements, we were charged for issues that should have been addressed by management. The repeated threats of sending the balance to collections instead of resolving the concerns professionally were unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment based on my experience.
