We’ve had a few maintenance requests, and Whitney, Christine, and Kade have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community. Craig (maintenance) is always quick to respond and gets the job done. It’s really nice knowing that when something comes up, it will be taken care of. The apartments are clean, the property is well maintained, and the views are beautiful. Having an elevator is also such a nice convenience, especially when bringing in groceries! We’ve had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend living here.

Clear and concise ( with some laughter in between) Christine and Kade were eager to make me feel right at home. I will consider The Heights, not only for the beautiful and spacious layout , but also for the kind hospitality!
- LMLaRhonda MooreAug 1, 20261.0I moved in July 2024 and everything seemed fine. I live on the first floor which was convenient. Visually the apartment was fine but I wouldn’t say luxury. Doesn’t feel very safe at night. Homeless people gather around on the sidewalk frequently. The outside of the apartment is infested with huge spiders which makes it scary to just walk on the sidewalk or get your mail. Also towards the end of my lease around May 2024 I experience a horrible roach infestation inside and outside my apartment. Needless to say I was too happy to get out of there expeditiously!!! But the staff was nice.
