  Overall, this is a nice place, especially if you're looking for something close to Maxwell AFB. The office managers are great, and along with the maintenence staff, were quick to respond when I had an hvac issue one day. I also enjoyed using the fitness room and appreciated the gated access. I would definitely rent here again if I found myself back in Montgomery.

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Heights. The location is unbeatable and makes getting around incredibly convenient. The atmosphere throughout the complex is welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained. Whitney has been absolutely amazing — always helpful, responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend The Heights to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with excellent management

  Being military it’s always hard to transition into a new place and leaving it as well, but Christine and Whitney where super helpful along every step of the way without missing a beat. My time at the heights was great as I never had any issues or concerns. Definitely a must place to live for people attending school at Maxwell AFB!

  Stayed here for a year while I was attending school at Maxwell Air Force Base. Great apartments. Close to base. Great fellow tenants. No crime problems within the complex. My family enjoyed the pool area and the patio for get togethers. Management was easy to work with. Proximity to Maxwell Air Force Base was phenomenal. It takes five minutes to get to base. After a year, my only complaint was traffic noise and train noise. But with great location to everything that’s the price you pay. Other than that, I highly recommend.

  I lived here for 10 months for Air War College. It’s a great apartment. The amenities are nice. The maintenance team is quick and professional. If you are attending school on Maxwell AFB you can’t beat the location. 5 minutes and you’re at the gate. I never heard my neighbors which is nice. The only critique is the train that can be heard at all hours which can be very annoying but the apartment can’t fix that just wanted perspective renters to know that from time to time you will have trains using the track at all hours and will hear them 80% of the time.
