  Applied to this complex with my husband. It was like pulling teeth for information out of Mia, only to find out that we had been allowed to apply for a unit who still had active tenants! After what was the most frustrating 10 days of my life I have now been informed that although Mia promised that app AND admin fees were being waived this month, this is not the case. It may be a great place for some but I wouldn't apply unless you have an excess of time on your hands.

  Very spacious, very renovated, & very quiet property. I love the office staff, they are so sweet. Grass always cut, amenities always accessible, Garbage always empty and work orders be completed same day if not less than 24hrs. I've stayed in the two and three bedrooms units. I thought my 2br was huge 😌 my 3br was big like a house ( not exaggerating) love it here.

  The renovations, new management and maintenance staff are awesome. I couldn’t have picked a better place to reside.
