  **Update I received a call stating that I should be receiving my deposit back. I appreciate arbors on Taylor for working with me. Vicky was very professional** I called today and spoke with Vicky about not taking the unit I was approved for. There were several things wrong but the first thing was I didn't receive my lease I applied back on the 6th of this month. She then proceed to tell me I can not get my deposit back before I was able to ask follow up questions about the lease. I read the Alabama Relate Estate Law 790X3.03 and it says I am due my deposit back. But I'm not surprised there out dated and probably really wanted my 200 dollars. Too much hassle for small rooms and no amenities.

  This was my 1st apartment ever, and I absolutely loved my time and experience here. Miss Vickie, Miss Katie, and Mr. Stu are fantastic professionals and genuinely sweet people. They get things done almost immediately, and the office's communication is excellent. The community's ideal location, moderate size, and relaxed atmosphere are what immediately sold me when I first visited. The bright and neat apartments were just a bonus. I would definitely recommend (and have been) this community to anyone looking for the best place to rent in the Montgomery area. And I would disregard any online review that isn't as recent as 2016.
