  I lived my stay at this amazing place. My apartment was so spacious and the property was always beautiful. Portia and Tangie are amazing, always there for residents needs. The maintenance team is awesome! I so much recommend this amazing place for your next home!

  I’ve been a resident at tapestry for going on year 3, since move in day it’s been nothing short of comfort and a peace of mind. The office staff is amazing at solving any issues big or small, and the maintenance team is always very fast to respond to work orders. Neighbors are friendly and it’s very quiet over all. If I could give it a 10 star I would.

  Not friendly. When you come into the rent office they don't speak to you like you are a paying resident with a smile on their face. The one girl that would speak kindly is no longer present. But that is not my biggest concern. This apartment complex is going to be in trouble for the simple fact that I have lived out here for two years now. My apartment has near it a Lamppost in the grass that has been out for several months now. Basically when I come home it's dark. I have submitted a service request two times, 1 via the web and the other in person to the unfriendly staff. I explained to them that me being a young lady living here by myself it's not good for me to continue to come home at night sometimes and walk back there with no light on. Last month I made a third request. Each time I am met with an excuse that they don't handle the lamp post, that it is Alabama Power who does it and that they will get them out there to change the light. It has been four months now and that light is still not working! I don't think the representatives had a sense of urgency to contact the proper people to get this fixed and I'm upset. Not only that, I'm concerned for my safety. Aside from this one major issue, the apartment complex is a great place to live. There is no pest issue. It has beautiful landscaping. It is super quiet. The neighbors are super respectful. This issue right here and the unfriendliness of the staff is the one thing that kept them getting five stars. I cannot ignore the fact that I am being ignored. They are not the ones coming home in the dark each day. I have done my part and notify them of the issue. Somebody can get on a ladder and fix the light! What gets me is how they found a way to charge me $25 for garbage bag sitting at my door in which I was intending to take out but they will not change the lightbulb. It's an utter insult to a good resident.
