There's nothing luxury about this place other than their price tag. No idea why it's so expensive. I was given the keys and there was a roach infestation. On move in, there were screws and such scattered throughout - instant indicator the apartment was not really cleaned on move out of the past tenant. Started unpacking my kitchen stuff and had to stop and do a deep clean. There was food gunk inside the cabinets, under and around the stove and under the burners. Absolutely disgusting. I'm sure they charged the previous tenant a cleaning fee to do nothing but pocket it. Also, the stove burner is broken. Told them when i got the keys. They said they'd replace the stove. It's been weeks. Also, the outlets are old and failing. They don't hold straight plugs in them at all. Just falls right out. Definitely the landlord special on painting, too. Painted outlet covers, poor paint jobs, peeling caulk in the showers, old and decrepit appliances all throughout, and cabinets with non-food safe stain inside to hide how bad they are. They're so cheap, they don't even have a microwave in the units. "Luxury" here just meant way overpriced.

I’ve been a resident at Tapestry on Vaughn for the past 3 years and I haven’t had any issues. The office staff and maintenance are responsive.. any requests that I have are addressed in a timely manner. Every morning I walk out of my door I see someone from maintenance picking up grounds. Great location also.

LONG TIME RESIDENT: Keva has been an asset to community. She is always kind-spitited, willing to assist both residents and future residents, goes above and beyond with the many tasks at hand, and she stays the course to ensure that all are satisfied one resident at a time.
