  Currently living here this is my first apartment and it’s always hot maintenance came out said keep it on auto kept it on auto still EXTREMELY hot the man came and suggested that we get a ceiling fan and he would ask his manager if it was possible for them to get us one due to the fact that our bedroom gets hotter out the whole house they never reached back out about it months went by and I still was putting in request about my home being extremely hot so another maintenance man came and said that something in the wall was broke never fixed it again said keep it on auto kept it on auto now we here it’s back extremely hot they haven’t done anything called emergency maintenance they DONT ANSWER thermostat set in between 60 and 70 it’s reading 80+ degrees I wake up in a puddle of sweat because it’s that hot I have a standing fan out it’s only pushing hot air because of how hot it is in the room we pay our rent on time every month never complained about anything other then the air and they don’t even do anything about it mind you the rent is $1400 over it.

  This complex cannot fix any issue in a timely manner. Been moved in for over a month and still do not have a working dishwasher. They’ve replace the dishwasher 2 times and they all have been broken. No communication at all to when the dishwasher will be fixed.

  My husband and I have been living here for a year now, and everything had been great until it was time to renew our lease. First of all, they never informed us that our rent was going to increase. We only found out because my husband noticed it while reading the renewal contract before signing. They never mentioned possible rent increases when we first signed the lease or even when renewal time came around, so just be aware of that. Also, a few weeks ago I was expecting a very important delivery — my car title. According to my USPS account, it had been delivered, but I never received it. I assumed it may have been placed in the wrong mailbox, so I asked the leasing office if they could please send an email to residents or check with the mail carrier. They told me they would ask the manager, speak with the mail lady, and have the mailboxes checked. Well, they never actually did anything to help. A few days later, another resident knocked on my door and said she had just checked her mailbox and found my car title in it. That means the leasing office never followed through with what they said they were going to do. If it had been just a regular package, I wouldn’t have cared as much and would’ve simply reordered it. But this was an important legal document proving ownership of my car, so the situation was extremely stressful and disappointing.

  This apartment complex is in a convenient location for local food and shopping. It was great to live right across the street from Walmart neighborhood market and the movie theater. Easy to get to AUM and other places around town. The rent was affordable and the improvements to the main pool area were very nice. We had a couple of maintenance issues which spanned over our stay at Sturbridge , however management did a great job to resolve these issues. we suggest keeping lines of communication open with management if you have an issue they will do their best to make things right. overall I enjoyed the time we lived at Sturbridge Commons.
