- ONOphelia NaomiMay 13, 20265.0So far, I’ve had a positive experience. The leasing and move-in process was very easy and stress-free. They were happy to let me do 2 different tours so I could find the right floor plan and answered all the questions I had. Whitney and Christine have been helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and the community is quiet and comfortable. There are several eateries and walking traffic outside but it’s not disturbing! Definitely appreciate how smooth everything has felt during my move. I am a person that asks lots of questions and I feel like they have done a good job at providing clarity and answers. My only downside is that it can be hard to get someone on the phone which is important since the leasing office is downtown and not on the property. However, they are responsive to emails! Lastly, the maintenance process is also very easy and stress-free. You receive notes on what was done and know exactly when your unit was accessed so you aren’t left wondering. Overall my experience has been great so far.
