  When I first moved here in 2024 it was great. The manager was awesome the property was clean and beautiful and the pool was amazing! But now currently as of May 2026 I am moving out in July. I’m glad I am becuase the manager has changed and it’s apparent they have no idea what they are doing nor do they know how to manage a property. It’s really gone downhill. They need to update some units and fix up the pool before charging $1500 a month. They say the pool is broken but I haven’t even seen anyone working on it.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex, mainly due to the staff’s unprofessional and rude behavior. We originally scheduled a viewing for 10 AM and called three times to confirm, but never received a response. We still went, but arrived about 15 minutes late. The leasing agent told us we were past the 15-minute window, which we understood and respected, so we rescheduled for later that same day. When we were on the way to the second appointment, she called and said we wouldn’t be able to view the apartment because of the rain, but could watch videos instead. However, when we arrived, it was not raining—just slightly wet outside. She said it was “company policy,” which I understand, but that’s not the issue. The real problem was her attitude and lack of professionalism. When we arrived early for our 3:30 appointment, we were not greeted at all. She remained in her office even though she knew we were coming. When I approached her, she rolled her eyes and was dismissive. Earlier, she emphasized respecting other guests’ time, but when it came to us, our time clearly wasn’t respected. When I tried to address the situation, she was unable to take accountability or provide clear answers. After I expressed my concerns, I was told that she would not be showing me the apartment or videos and I was asked to leave. If higher management sees this, please be aware that I recorded the interaction and would be happy to provide the video. I understand policies and scheduling conflicts, but there is no excuse for rude behavior and poor customer service. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this complex.

  I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and they make things easy for residents. Maintenance has also been reliable and prompt. Whenever I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and done well. It’s reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. Overall, the team here does a great job, and it makes a difference in the day-to-day living experience.

  I recently had the opportunity to visit Broadstreet at Eastchase Apartments, and I was truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the property looking its best. A huge shoutout to Haylee, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making the tour feel relaxed and informative. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a lasting impression.
