  You get what you pay for ….I can’t say I have had a terrible experience here but I will say Maintenance is probably like my biggest problem like my toilet has been messed up legit every month I’ve been here

  they dont fix nothing but want you to pay them on time and every dime for a half did apartment. maintenance men are cool but management dont care your car will get broken in to every single other week so look forward to that. office workers are rude and unprofessional , they dont even know how to cut the fire alarm on after a crackhead done set it off. the dumpsters outside sombody gonna set it on fire every other month so fire dept. will be present alot. crackheads od all the time so ambulance presence are always in the area. the complex itself is very dirty and loud very much dissatisfied living there 😒 i rather live in the ghetto because thats what it is

  I am very satisfied with the staff and maintenance crew. If I have any problems maintenance answers them quickly and professionally. You couldn't ask for better staff members. They are always courteous and go to great lengths to assist you with a resolution to whatever problem you have. Coudouz to Mr.Billy and Mrs.Anita. I love them like family, always willing to help. I have no problems with the maintenance crew either. The only complaint I have is no dish washer,and no washer dryer connection and I hate the carpet. These things are beyond their control. I am pretty sure they would rectify this if they had attonimy to do so. I really don't like washing my clothes behind others. This is the first apartment I've had with no washer dryer hook up. Oh, back to things I like pest control monthly. I also like the vanity on the outside. It allows others to use the bathroom while you wash your hands.

  It's great for starting out. I'm 18 and moved out from my mom after I graduated. I have a furnished studio apartment and it's nice.
