  I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and have really enjoyed living here! Everyone in the front office from the staff/maintenance is awesome and very friendly. They address any concerns we have with ease. The other residents we’ve encountered in the community have all been super friendly as well. The apartments are nice and the amenities are great! I’ve lived in other apartments previously and this has been the best one by far. Definitely have had an overall great experience here and highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area!

  Our time at The Waters has been nothing short of amazing. We've loved living here, and our experience has been so positive that when it came time to relocate closer to my husband's job, we didn't even consider looking outside of the Stoa family of properties. We chose another Stoa community because of the exceptional experience we've had here. From the responsive maintenance team to the beautifully maintained grounds and amenities, it's clear that resident satisfaction is a priority. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel truly at home from day one. The Waters set a high standard for what apartment living should be, and we're incredibly grateful for the memories we've made here. While we're sad to leave this community, we're excited to continue our journey at another Stoa property because we know we'll receive the same level of care, quality, and service we've come to appreciate so much.

  I’ve truly loved my experience living at The Waters! The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought went into making them feel modern, comfortable, and genuinely homey. What really made the difference for me, though, was the team. Ms Carmen, Dayton, Sasha, and Maurice are incredible. From day one, they treated me like family. I was actually one of the first people to move in, and they made sure I was taken care of immediately. They went above and beyond with not just things related to rent or maintenance, but in ways that showed they truly care about the people who live here. There’s also a real sense of safety and comfort in the community, which is something you can’t put a price on. I live by myself and this is my first time living away from family as I recently moved to the US. I can honestly say I didn’t just find an apartment here, I found a home. I would absolutely recommend moving here to anyone looking for a place where you feel valued and supported.

  It’s truly a Blessing to live here first & foremost. Specially by it being my first apartment by myself. I’m originally from Mobile, Al and graduated from College in Spring 2023. Even in college, I had my friends as roommates in the apartment. I was Blessed to move to San Diego, CA after graduation and stayed in my sister apartment. I move back shortly in May 2024 to get myself together financially and etc. stayed at my mother house until I was able to move into my own place. I’m was 25 at the time and was striving to get my own place asap. Since I got back in mobile, it was beautiful to see it grow as a city with more activities like top golf and etc. and luxury apartments were just getting built such as “The Waters”. Furthermore, I finally applied late Jan 2026 and less than 3 days I was able to move into my first apartment by myself. Shout out to Ms. Sasha and the entire staff team for being patient with me and keeping in contact with me back when they were still building half of the complex!! I’m still embracing the fact of living in this amazing complex honestly!! Amazing office staff, Great neighbors with nice dogs, and overall a lovely community as a whole. Just being in these apartments remind me of living in California again because they are that top tier!! I’m a sale professional at Rooms To Go and I recently ran into one of my customers that live over here as well lol truly love it over here!! Even when my mom visits, she doesn’t won’t to leave lol Thankful to live at The Waters!!
