  This current management does not care anything about their residents. It was a struggle to get handicap parking for my mother. And after an urgent medical event requiring EMS to intervene, the managers go into the apartment and send an email that if it’s not dusted they would have someone come do it for $50. Previous management actually cared about their residents, but unfortunately not the current management. Any requests to speak to someone above the current managers have been ignored. If anyone has a number for their corporate office, please share.

  Terrible apartments lived here for a year and the staff was always rude. Maintenance was chill but moving out was a hassle they have so many hidden fees in their contracts. Terrible complex

  Worst place to live. I didn’t listen so PLEASE listen to me they are awful and will charge you for everything when you leave even stuff that happened before you even moved in

  I’d give this apartment community 4 stars overall. My experience has been good so far, and it’s been a comfortable place to live. The property is generally well-kept, and I haven’t had any major issues. One of my favorite features is the pool—it’s really nice and a great place to relax when it’s open. There are a few areas that could be improved, but overall I’m happy here and would recommend it to others looking for a solid place to live.

  The Apartment complex is very nice and quiet. They do threaten to charge you for a lot of small things( non patio furniture outside, using the trash bins when they are full). They are a bit slow when it comes to completing maintain request but overall, I love my apartment and the location.
