  I highly recommend you look somewhere else. Starting on when we first were set to get the keys, we were told the apartment wasn’t ready for another 2wks. The Manager did we say we could then move in after many discussions but said there were repairs that needed to be done, and if it was ok with us that they fix em after move in, then we could move in. Well that took 3yrs to finish the repair list. The manger is not easy to get ahold of, will not answer or return phone calls. After having a small fish tank for about 2 yrs. The front desk lady then tried charging us $700 for an unregistered pet. My privacy was violated many times by a neighbor and after telling the office, nothing was done When we moved out, they added many charges that they can’t answer for, again they won’t answer the phone or return calls and emails. While living there, they were always threatening different fees. Again, I’d look somewhere else. The maintenance men were all great but they were ran off by management.

  This current management does not care anything about their residents. It was a struggle to get handicap parking for my mother. And after an urgent medical event requiring EMS to intervene, the managers go into the apartment and send an email that if it’s not dusted they would have someone come do it for $50. Previous management actually cared about their residents, but unfortunately not the current management. Any requests to speak to someone above the current managers have been ignored. If anyone has a number for their corporate office, please share.

  Terrible apartments lived here for a year and the staff was always rude. Maintenance was chill but moving out was a hassle they have so many hidden fees in their contracts. Terrible complex

  Worst place to live. I didn’t listen so PLEASE listen to me they are awful and will charge you for everything when you leave even stuff that happened before you even moved in
