- CWChad WalkerSep 4, 20265.0I've lived here for 1 year and just signed another 2 year lease. This place is great! It's in a gem of a neighborhood. Bree and Donna are always extremely professional and kind, and they are prompt with answers to any questions. I see Eddie, the maintenance person, out here all the time making sure everything runs like clockwork. You are a rock star, Eddie. I had many options of where to move when I came to Mobile, and I'm so happy that I chose this place! There is quite literally not a single thing to complain about, regarding my home at the Lofts. The neighbors are all friendly, it really is like a cool little community. Thank you to everybody associated with this place, your team is outstanding. Looking forward to 2 more awesome years!
- LRlauren rouseJun 4, 20261.0The first year of my lease this place was great. Since then I have had numerous problems (including mold, doors to the building that do not close properly, and 10 days without central AC in JULY without any concession on my rent). And now the most frustrating part is that I cannot get ahold of anyone to get things resolved. Extremely frustrated.

He was quick to temporarily resolve my issue when I reached out and was genuinely a nice person when he came by the next morning to fully resolve my issue. Such a great hire and addition to the team. 👏
