  I would never discourage anyone from living where they want to live. As far as this property, I regret signing a lease for myself here. Getting hot water is a daily issue. I can count on one hand how many hot showers I've had here. Water in general is a repeated issue. It's been out 3 times in 8 months. Security is non-existent. The security doors and the parking lot gate have been broken most of the time in 2026, allowing homeless people to sleep in the hallways and lobby. The elevators are constantly in disrepair, now have been out for 2 days. I am very sorry I agreed to a 10th floor apartment before knowing if the elevators would work consistently. I guess you can't expect much when they are past inspection date by 18 months. Some typenof black resin dripping from the ceiling has ruined bedding and permanently stained my matress. This has been a nightmare. In my opinion there is no way I can envision renewing my lease.

  Rhi and Trista were both so helpful with all of my questions about living at Elevate! They were so nice and had great attitudes. It’s refreshing to see an apartment office staff actually be happy at their job and be nice to people who come in.

  I received a return phone call and the manager on-site was very nice and explained the different options and emailed me her contact information particularly quick. I will contact them in a couple of months regarding future arrangements.

  Hi, I’m interested in renting at Elevate 758. I wanted to know if you offer a payment arrangement where monthly rent can be split into two payments, one every two weeks, instead of paying the full balance at once?
