  Back car park never works. Wifi nor gym never works or is unlocked. They allow homeless people to sleep in the stairwell and startfires and they basically changed everyones lease when new people over and are all being sued

  Incredible location to stay. Ms Robin is very helpful and does her job very well to make sure you are taking good care of the area is amazing good places to eat and everything is in walking distance very nice and quiet place to make home I would definitely recommend staying here.

  Fиск this place: I would highly advise against using Landing via Airbnb. Landing subleases from Elevate. I am paying a substantial markup—over $1,000 above the unit’s base value—for what is advertised as a premium, fully managed, and seamless housing experience. Instead, my stay has been an absolute nightmare defined by severe infrastructural failures and non-existent management coordination. Upon arrival, my stay began with a two-hour check-in delay, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The apartment itself had numerous maintenance issues from day one: the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, the bathroom drain was clogged, the AC filters were filthy, and the building's trash chute was entirely backed up. The buiding hallways and elevators often smell like rotting trash. Most frustratingly, the main appliances have been completely non-functional. The washer broke and held my wet clothes hostage for days, and even after a temporary fix, it broke again immediately. The unit's electrical infrastructure is so deficient that the building's breaker panel cannot handle a basic household load; the onsite maintenance told me I cannot run the washer and then a dryer back to back, and I am literally forced to flip off other major breakers, like the cooktop, just to test the electrical panel. I have spent my rare days off from grueling 10-hour work shifts babysitting wet laundry, buying my own Drano, and paying out-of-pocket for laundromats and dry cleaning just to have clean clothes. To make matters worse, Landing's corporate communication is fundamentally broken; their support team claimed my issues were being actively handled, yet the onsite property manager revealed that corporate had ignored their requests for unit access, forcing me to personally flag down technicians in the hallway after work. Landing initially insulted me with a meager $100 reimbursement offer for these massive disruptions, completely failing to honor their own "Landing Guarantee." Save yourself the immense stress, wasted time, and thousands of dollars, and look elsewhere for your corporate housing needs. I can’t wait for the month to be over so I can get out of here.

  Super friendly and helpful staff, any questions were answered quickly and with a good attitude, any of my complaints were reconciled, will stay here again if I get another job in Alabama!
