I absolutely DO NOT recommend living here. Our dryer has been broken for an entire MONTH, and after multiple phone calls and multiple maintenance requests to the front office, it is STILL not fixed.
Unfortunately, this is not even the first time I’ve had issues with maintenance. I have submitted maintenance requests in the past where no one showed up until WEEKS later—sometimes more than a month after the original request. Having to wait this long for maintenance has become a repeated issue, not just a one-time inconvenience.
The communication from the front office makes the situation even worse. Lydia has been one of the worst people I have dealt with when it comes to communication. She does not reach out with updates, follow up, or keep you informed about what is happening. If you don’t constantly call the office yourself, it feels like you will never receive an updates at all.
Residents should NOT have to repeatedly call and chase down the front office just to find out when maintenance is coming. We pay rent to live here, and waiting weeks or over a month for maintenance—while receiving little to no communication—is completely unacceptable.
At this point, the lack of communication and follow-through is beyond frustrating. After dealing with the same type of issue multiple times, I can confidently say I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for somewhere to live. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have lived at this apartment complex for a year and recently renewed my lease, despite my rent increasing by $100. While I genuinely like the apartment itself, the layout, and the community, my experience with maintenance and the leasing office has been extremely disappointing.
We have had multiple unresolved maintenance issues for months. A leak around our bathtub caused significant damage to our bathroom door and door frame to the point that the door can no longer close properly. Maintenance came out and removed a portion of the damaged door frame, but it was never actually repaired. There is now a large piece of the frame missing, along with visible swelling and damage that remains unresolved.
We are also dealing with the popcorn ceiling deteriorating in BOTH bathrooms. Large pieces are falling from the ceiling into the shower while we are showering and around the toilet area while the restroom is being used. We have submitted multiple work orders regarding these issues. Maintenance has inspected them and told us that a contractor would need to complete the interior repairs, yet the work orders continue to be marked resolved without a contractor ever coming to our apartment or the repairs actually being completed.
Communication from the leasing office has also been extremely frustrating. I have gone to the office multiple times attempting to speak with the property manager without receiving the information or assistance I requested. I have called repeatedly—sometimes several times in one day—with no answer. On one occasion, I was sitting outside the leasing office calling, walked inside while the phone was still ringing, and saw that the call was simply not being answered despite staff being present and not assisting anyone else.
More concerning, I specifically requested that one particular maintenance employee NOT be allowed inside my apartment because of a previous interaction with him outside of the apartment community that made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about him entering my home. Despite making that request known, he has still been allowed access to my apartment. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe a resident’s reasonable request concerning who enters their home should be taken seriously.
Most recently, our dryer stopped working. When I called, I was told that maintenance is short-staffed and currently responding only to emergencies. Unfortunately, being short-staffed has been the explanation we have heard throughout essentially our entire year of living here. We currently have two loads of wet clothing and have not been given an estimated timeframe for when someone will inspect the dryer or address the issue.
The most frustrating part is the lack of communication and follow-through. There appears to be a disconnect between the leasing office and maintenance regarding submitted work orders, and we have personally experienced this multiple times. Work orders should not be marked resolved when the actual repair has not been completed.
I really wish the level of service matched the quality and potential of the property. We like our apartment and the community enough that we chose to renew our lease, even with a $100 rent increase. However, after a full year of repeatedly reporting the same problems, residents should not still be waiting for basic repairs or struggling to get someone from the office to answer the phone.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves its communication, maintenance response, work-order tracking, and respect for residents’ requests regarding access to their homes. I would be more than willing to update this review if these outstanding issues are finally addressed.
