  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is honestly the worst Apartment complex you could move into in Alabama. This place is roach galore, everywhere I would go in my apartment there would be a new roach running around. They want you to pay for pest control but don’t actually provide the service. Their pool is absolutely disgusting it turns green almost everyday. They allow there tenants to throw trash around the apartment complex like it’s a dumpster yard…which it should be by now. These apartments are cheap but definitely not worth the bugs, mold, crappy vinyl on the floors, small pantry’s, appliances that’s literally catch on fire and just fall out of the wall whenever used. We were calling maintenance almost everyday to come and fix something new in our apartment(they were still in our apartment fixing things the day we started moving boxes in). We went without hot water most of the days I had to shower here because their maintenance man doesn’t know what he is doing. He came to fix my water heater and ended up burning all his arm hair off from trying to use a lighter to ignite the water heater… The management is absolutely awful she is rude and stuck up, she has tried to just come into my apartment forcefully and when I asked to have the actual owners phone number or email she gave me her email instead so I couldn’t let someone know how she was acting. This place isn’t worth your time go up to the Hawthorne or any of those apartments complex’s they are so much better!!!!!

  If I could leave less than one star, I would. I lived in these apartments for a year. The shower was unsightly (possibly mildew and other staining) , the carpet was dirty, and the oven was rusted really badly as if they never cleaned the apartment from the last few residents. I filed several complaints to the front office to no avail. I was told my problems would be solved, but ultimately, nothing was done. They were quick to handle other matters such as cars being left sitting too long, or someone working to change a car tire, which apparently "disturbed" the neighbors, but failed to maintain the actual apartment. I gladly moved out when my lease was up, and they charged me $776 with no explanation for the charges. Upon calling the office, Jasmine, had an attitude and spoke with a rude demeanor. I asked what the charges were, and she could not answer and used phrases such as "like I said," while dancing around the question and never actually giving a straightforward answer. I decided to give the apartments a visit to get a break-down of all the charges only to find out I was being charged for the shower that had always been terrible, the walls, which are their responsibility to paint, and the other charges are still unknown. The staff acted in an unprofessional manner even in person and failed to explain what I was being charged for. One employee exchanged expletives and called me "raggedy" while wearing a jersey, which is not even professional attire for a workplace. The establishment is a disgrace and its employees possess lackluster professionalism. I would not recommend living here and hope its current residents are treated better than I was.

  HORRIBLE place to live! This place was taken over by new management and they are extremely invasive and controlling. Management bullies the tenants. Not to mention the poor living conditions. Water damage everywhere - ceiling, walls, carpet. The electrical blinks in and out (also from the water leaking in the ceiling) the pipe within the shower wall snapped so now I cannot use the shower. Unfortunately if I want any of these items fixed I will have to pay 75.00 out of pocket before they will touch it. YES that's in the new managers lease. RIDICULOUS!! Slum lords run this place now. Do not move here!! I'm moving out right away.
