  If I could put a zero score I would . What started off as an amazing rental quickly became one of my biggest regrets EVER . I stayed at this property from 2023 -2026 . I was there for 3-4 different managers / property management companies. Let’s start with the property is unfinished… there was space in between the floor boards .. cracks around the toilets and showers and unfinished balconies. When I first moved there was a nice big screen tv out by the pool which eventually taken down and not replaced . There was never any propane to grill at the pool “ which we paid for as apart of the amenities .” I had to beg the property management to remove the bees /wasps at the property. My first week of moving to the property, I was almost electrocuted due to the faulty wiring not to mention that the plugs all needed to be checked because they were constantly making my devices hot . The car wash literally worked every once in a while . The gates were constantly being broken . I had numerous packages stolen from my front door which I then had to install my own Ring doorbell because the property wasn’t responsible. There were car break-ins . The first year that I moved the upstairs neighbor flooded the dishwasher and it was coming down into my unit … they dried it and spray-painted the ceiling with paint . I also put in a maintenance request for a new fridge because mine was broken and ruining the food .. the resolution was “don’t put too much food in there @ even though it was also freezing the food on the top shelf no matter what temperature it was on . The pool is the party spot for sure because I could hear the music constantly at the other side of the building. Parking is first come first serve but also egregious during the holidays . There were so many people there on the last holiday That there were no parking spots at the surrounding five buildings I was then told by management that my car would be towed if it was parked where I could find parking. Loud neighbors as well . Move out I got a surprise final bill which they could’ve just included in the move out rent at the time . I was truly disappointed. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE THE LEASING AGENT TYRA LIED ABOUT 4 different times for no reason at all. I personally would not trust this person or property management company . I have also relayed this information to the property coordinator regarding the leasing agent that represents this company .

  I haven’t moved in yet but Miya made everything about the application process great! Her warm welcome and attentiveness to all my concerns makes me feel pretty good about this property. Can’t wait to move in! (Also, the gym is amazing. I already belong to an amazing gym… but I’m still excited about the stair master, TRX straps, and weights they provide!)

  ⸻ I would like to thank Miya for her professionalism and dedication in making my transition into my new apartment an enjoyable experience. Relocating from Opelika back to the Huntsville/Madison area could have been stressful, but Miya helped make the process as smooth as possible. After visiting several properties, I chose The Alexandria based on the overall area, location, style of the apartment, pricing, and—most importantly—customer representation. My decision process was simple and efficient: 1. Tour 2. Ease of the application process 3. Fees 4. Move-in Throughout the entire process, Miya promptly answered my questions via email—often the same day—and took the extra step of calling to keep me informed about my application status. That level of communication was extremely important to me and truly appreciated. Miya gave me a tour of The Alexandria on January 21, and my move-in date was February 2, which reflects how efficient and well-managed the process was. I am very happy with my apartment unit and my overall experience. I would rate my expectations and experience as above average and would highly recommend The Alexandria based on the service I received. I will post updated on my experiences throughout my 12 month experience. Thank and have a great experience and Fun-filled days! Update. I forgot to mention: This was the cleanest apartment unit I encountered—and I am a neat freak. Before moving in my belongings, I thoroughly inspected and wiped down the entire unit from top to bottom using the “white glove” (Lysol wipe) test. I was truly impressed with the level of cleanliness and preparation. Thanks again!
