  Hallways are always dirty, none of the scanners on the doors actually work, and the payment processing is too slowing causing me to be late on my rent twice

  I recently moved into Building 5, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The carpets in my apartment were not properly cleaned, my key fobs are not functioning, and despite multiple complaints, these issues have not been resolved. I previously spoke with a representative named Candice, who assured me that my apartment had been cleaned and that the necessary concerns would be addressed. However, when I followed up, I was informed that she no longer works for the company. During my interactions, Candice was responsive and appeared to be actively working to resolve my concerns. At this point, I am requesting immediate assistance in addressing the condition of my apartment and restoring access through the key fobs. I would appreciate an update on when these issues will be resolved.

  I keep asking about why my AC has not been fixed it’s June. I asked about in March the came and let a one room unit the while I was away they removed it and said the problem was fixed it was not. Then they and realized the units condenser was not working so they procured a one room unit for me. When I ask when is someone going to come and fix the AC they tell me nonsense about the contractor in Arkansas or Texas. As if their are no AC professionals in the state of Alabama if you move here it’s at your on risk it looks nice on the outside but let something break and you will just get the runaround. My advice is don’t do it!!!!!!!!’!!!!!

  Professionalism is terrible here and they enjoy playing games. I was suppose to pick up my key with a confirmed time by a leasing agent, and that happened to be their lunch time. Why confirm a time? They have been terrible with getting normal things right because they’re new? Nope. Talked to the manager hoping this wouldn’t happen and it’s a thing they all like to do. If you don’t want the stress, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I regret doing business with these folks from the leading office that are very unprofessional and it seems like they enjoy it.
