  Our experience since we moved in has been okay. The new management that came in have been very helpful and kind. It isn't the cleanest and the hallways usually don't smell great or look clean. Elevators usually smell really bad. I don't think the doors at the bottom of the buildings have been locked since we moved in, and it kind of defeats the whole purpose of the key fobs we have. We've had a swamp instead of a pool here for about 3-4 weeks. Kind of disappointing when you pay for it monthly and during the one of the 3 months that it's open you can't use it, the pool deck, or the grill area. The other apartments nearby have nice, clear pools right now, so rain really can't be blamed. Just would like to see more urgency on this and haven't seen it or had any reassurance that it will get fixed in a timely manner. I called the number in reply and left a voicemail.

  Hallways are always dirty, none of the scanners on the doors actually work, and the payment processing is too slowing causing me to be late on my rent twice

  I recently moved into Building 5, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The carpets in my apartment were not properly cleaned, my key fobs are not functioning, and despite multiple complaints, these issues have not been resolved. I previously spoke with a representative named Candice, who assured me that my apartment had been cleaned and that the necessary concerns would be addressed. However, when I followed up, I was informed that she no longer works for the company. During my interactions, Candice was responsive and appeared to be actively working to resolve my concerns. At this point, I am requesting immediate assistance in addressing the condition of my apartment and restoring access through the key fobs. I would appreciate an update on when these issues will be resolved.

  Professionalism is terrible here and they enjoy playing games. I was suppose to pick up my key with a confirmed time by a leasing agent, and that happened to be their lunch time. Why confirm a time? They have been terrible with getting normal things right because they’re new? Nope. Talked to the manager hoping this wouldn’t happen and it’s a thing they all like to do. If you don’t want the stress, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I regret doing business with these folks from the leading office that are very unprofessional and it seems like they enjoy it.
