  Honestly being here for almost an entire year now has been... how do i put this i guess i can say bitter sweet. i don't like how dirty the halls and elevator can be and its more than often.. but thats a problem with the people living here which is crazy. the parking can get bad when all these people who don't live here park close and stay over for periods of time making it hard for ppl who actually live here to get a decent parking spot. Rent went up which is fine BUT i should have appealed that bc nothing has been fixed regarding a leak that effected a few of us months ago, they left a hole in the ceiling right infront of my apartment and never came to fix the light that was ruined in my kitchen that i spoke abt to maintenance from the water damage. the hole has been here for monthssss, and no i personally don't think it's my responsibility to report that be they came and did the work and can't remember leaving that bit hole there???? it just be looking a mess for how much we have to pay now. i can't speak for ever building but mines #1 has been through hell and i have family that can vouch that.

  We are currently in an active dispute with management regarding the recent community-wide enforcement of parking policies and the towing of several residents’ vehicles. The matter is still unfolding, so I’m intentionally limiting the details I share publicly until corporate has had a fair opportunity to investigate and respond. However, there appear to be significant issues surrounding the timing and adequacy of notice, the enforcement process, and the use of a non-local towing vendor. In our particular situation, we have also requested documentation and information concerning the authority and process surrounding the tow that has yet to be satisfactorily addressed. What has been most frustrating thus far has been the difficulty getting clear answers, requested documentation, and access to the appropriate corporate channels for resolution. My hope is that this has simply remained at the property-management level and that bringing visibility to it will prompt appropriate corporate review. This is especially disappointing because Madison Oaks has the potential to be a great community. There were several months when residents had very limited access to onsite management, and the new management appears to be making an aggressive effort to address longstanding issues. The problem is that broad enforcement sweeps without carefully accounting for notice, existing residents, lease provisions, and applicable procedures can create much larger problems than they solve. As someone who works professionally in real estate and property management, I believe the larger issue here is oversight. Good intentions don’t replace proper process, documentation, communication, or accountability. For now, I’m withholding a final assessment and giving corporate an opportunity to properly investigate and resolve the matter. I will update this review once we receive a substantive response and the underlying facts have been fully addressed. At the moment: 1 star , with every opportunity for management and corporate leadership to change that.

  From the beginning Brittani was a joy and so helpful with helping me find the perfect place to call home she left no question unanswered. Ronaldo’s professional added even more joy to the experience and they both ultimately helped in making my decision in moving there. 10/10 recommend! :)

  Poor management, pool was down during peak season, trash in parking lots, dog poop in common areas, lawns have large dirt patches, rude intereractions with maintenance workers, and most importantly REPEATED intrusions into my unit without consent.
