It just wasn’t the right fit for my family since we decided to get a house instead. Martha was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking it out.

- LLLathOct 8, 20253.0It’s not bad. When I moved in, there was a lot of things that needed replaced or just dirty. Dead outlets, bulbs, doors not closing or not shutting right, leaky faucet. Wish the gym had more equipment. Paid around the same amount for an apartment in Athens and it was much higher quality and had a better gym on top of a pool. Those are my only complaints. Maintenance is pretty good at keeping everything up and running. Management is always helpful and very kind. Good area to live in.
