  A gorgeous apartment building and complex in a really good area of Madison! It’s close to Madison Blvd and the interstate, but still in a quiet area. And close to Bridge Street!

  I moved in 7 weeks ago. Shannon is who I always deal with in the office and he is great! Jose, head of maintenance is amazing. Very knowledgeable and knows how to do everything. I have had no issues. I have only one complaint and that was with the pool. But I messaged the staff and they told me their plans to fix the issues. It’s so quiet here. We love our new apartment.

  My experience with this apartment complex was pleasant at first. I moved in last November and had no issues with this apartment at all. About a month ago, was apartment was broken into. I notified police and I also tried to call the emergency maintenance hotline and they didn’t answer I left a message. I ended up speaking with the leasing manager the next day and told him I didn’t feel safe and I wanted to transfer to another unit within the complex. He took care of it pretty quickly said that he found a place for me to go but I would have to wait two weeks. I asked if there was any way I could get in sooner and he said that was the best he could do. They came by to fix the door the same day and fixed it just good enough for it to shut and locked but it was not secure. I decided to stay with family since I could not move into another unit for the next two weeks. The week before the unit was supposed to be ready I called him and asked was everything still in place becuase I have movers, a U-Haul ready etc. He told me yes everything is going the way it was supposed to so I believed him. The morning of the move he comes to apartment that I’m packing up and tells me that he would be later on that day because they had to replace the whole flooring. I load the Uhaul and wait the whole day and still no word that it’s ready. I called the leasing manager and asked if they would attest leave the door open because I only had one day and I got these movers together as well. I go to the apartment after the flooring people left to find the apartment indeed locked. So, I was told that the apartment would be ready that day and it wasn’t and then I asked can I move my things on the carpet since that was finished and the door is locked. The next day i go to the leasing office with my mother and my mother expresses her complaints because I’m not a confrontational person by as means. The leasing manager did not seem to care at all and apologized but it did not seem sincere. He went with us to look at the apartment and flooring was working on the floors still and we moved in with having to put everything on the carpet because they were not done. Later that day they finished, we asked the leasing manager would we receive some type of compensation for all of these troubles and the best that him and corporate could come up with was a $50 gift card. Mind you, when I moved into the apartment there were workers and equipment everywhere, it was not cleaned properly at all. I spoke the corporate and they seemed sincere but they still did nothing for me. About a week later, my dishwasher flooded my kitchen, my light switch by the door would flicker and not say off, the garage disposal leaked underneath the sink which caused a horrible smell and my light fixture in the laundry room was taped up and one of my bathrooms had a terrible smell that no matter how much cleaning would and still won’t go away from the previous tenants. After hearing all of this, corporate still did nothing offer me a move in special, did not apologize themselves and only gave me a $50 after all the money I spent for cleaning supplies, an extra day for the Uhaul, my moving guys and time off work. I know that there was something more someone could have done for me. Long story short do not move here because when you have a tragic life event they don’t care and will not help you in any way. They do not offer payment plans either and every month isn’t not going to be the same financially everyone knows that an apartment complex should always have a payment plan option in my opinion.

  Jose has helped us multiple times and fixed multiple things in our apartment. He's always on time and very kind. We could not recommend him enough!
