  I lived at Arch Street for about 3 years and enjoyed my time there. The staff was easy to work with and the facilities were well maintained. I would definitely recommend Arch Street to anyone looking to rent in the Huntsville/Madison area.

  We lived here for over a year and never had any issues. The maintenance team was on top of all our requests and Foster helped us out immensely with our unique move-in situation and has been so helpful and kind during our entire time here. The apartments were nice, well maintained, and honestly was the one of the best apartments we’ve lived at. Highly recommend. 10/10

  UPDATE: Management reached out to me soon after this post and did what was within their power to reach an amicable solution to the issue. Original post: Management has become very non-responsive to any form of communication. I have been trying to learn more information about breaking my lease, but have literally tried every form of communication with no success. Management ignored my question about fees two weeks ago, then have not responded to my 3 direct follow-up emails since. I tried calling 5 times over two weeks with no answer. I tried going to the office in person and they were closed before their posted hours for the day twice in the last week. There have also been multiple maintenance requests that went unaddressed while I've lived here. Additionally, the air conditioning has broken at least 5 or 6 times while here.
