  Don't be fooled, folks. The prices they list are not the prices you will pay. I inquired about an apartment listed at $973 per month, and it turns out they charge $1500 for the unit. They engage in blatant false advertising. Be careful.

  I was so excited to tour the Seleno with Chelsea. She was so helpful and friendly. I also had the opportunity to meet Susan the manager. Great staff. Lovely place. I can not wait to call Seleno my new home.

  Very poor experience while trying to lease an apt. Made multiple scheduling mistakes with no proper directions.

  I moved here for work...to find a decent place to live till I bought a house here in Alabama. This place is great. Good location, decent neighbors, trash pick up (Sunday - Thursday) , and the floor plans and sturdiness of the building make for good sound insulation. The staff is great, especially Brittney and Courtney, two of the best property management folks I have seen. They go the extra step to help your stay here be as pleasant as possible. I don't regret making this my initial home in Huntsville.
