  They deserve ZERO STARS! The management is absolutely terrible. They don’t know how to speak to people at all and constantly have shitty attitudes, coming into the apartment is fine but they unlock and come into your room with no announcement. They make you pay way more than what you are supposed to be paying I signed the lease for another couple months and they come and tell me that it was never renewed yet they still kept taking payments make that make sense🤔🤔. On top of “RE-RENEWING” I had to pay MORE money. The rooms are disgusting, there are all types of bugs all over the place (now I know it’s common for bugs to be all over the place outside but inside the apartment?!) when they come and clean out from previous tenants they leave their trash all in the corridors why not throw it away as soon as you remove it? They’ll do nothing if you have a bad roomate (EX. One of the roomates has his girlfriend over nearly every single day and each time they’re going at it, the girls moans so loud and bangs on the wall you can hear it all over the apartment no matter what room you’re in, it’s even worse when the wall they’re banging into is YOUR wall. It’s so bad the rest of our rommates have moved out). The gates are always broken either stuck closed or stuck open for months, if you’re big on security do not move here at all your car will be broken into, people constantly in the parking lot day/night keeping up all types of noise, throwing trash all over the place, all on cars, hotboxing in the cars and blasting music. Long story short, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE.
