I have been on several homeowner boards through my years and can tell you from personal experience homeowners trying to "govern" their neighbors and keep neighbors within the covenants does not work. Hughes is professional and has been outstanding in helping our board with legal, covenant, property, tax and other issues our homeowner/property board has faced. Well worth the investment for your community!

We’ve had non stop rain for months, you can’t mow when it’s wet because it won’t cut and it just turns into mud, but no, within a half day after heavy rain we get notices for our grass or a few weeds are too tall! They don’t even give you a chance and yet they haven’t mowed the weeds by our mailboxes or fixed our leaking mail boxes. They are losers with nothing better to do.
