Parking is one of the things I had an issue with my old apartment and it's been a freaking vacation for us and our vehicles to find parking. As well as the nice naighbors. Also AC THAT ACTUALLY WORKS! It's been my first time having a nice cool apartment. I do rent a studio but it's perfect for my boyfriend and I and our cats. The patio is one cats favorite place and the other is spoiled rotten with the cool air in the apartment 😎 👌

Being inside a gated area brings so much peace of mind, and because it's a quiet community without a ton of people constantly, wandering by - it always feels peaceful and secure. On top of that, the management and maintenance teams are excellent. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they have been exceptionally quick, and helpful. It makes a massive difference when you know the staff actually cares and handles things right away. If you're looking for a secure place to live I highly recommend this complex!
