  If I could give DeLisa more than 5 stars, I would! As a family relocating to the area, we knew very little about the local neighborhoods and market. Her years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area were invaluable in helping us find the right home. From our very first conversation, DeLisa was incredibly kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in helping our family. We also had a complicated VA mortgage assumption, and she guided us through every step of the process. Whenever challenges came up, she was there to advocate for us, answer our questions, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Buying a home from out of state could have been overwhelming, but DeLisa made us feel supported and confident throughout the entire journey. We are so grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and care. We wholeheartedly recommend DeLisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—you'll be in excellent hands!

  DeLisa and Morris were professional, thorough, and truly went above and beyond during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. They guided me through selling the dream farm my husband and I built together after his passing, while also helping me find a new home to begin the next chapter of my life. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized during the closing on my new home, they stepped in and handled everything with such care and compassion that I never had to worry. Their dedication gave me tremendous peace of mind when I needed it most. We both knew our farm would sell to the right people—it would simply take time. Throughout the process, DeLisa and Morris encouraged me to be patient and helped me stay grounded. In the end, time did exactly what they believed it would: it brought the perfect buyers to carry on the dream my husband and I had started so many years ago. Every step of the way, they ensured everything was handled correctly, ethically, and efficiently. I truly could not have been in better hands. From my experience, I have no doubt that Morris and DeLisa will become among the very best in real estate.   Delisa was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying journey! She was extremely personable and truly treated us like family from day one. As first time homebuyers, she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy by educating us, guiding us through every step, and always making sure we knew exactly what to expect. She answered every question we had with patience and care and genuinely made our dreams a reality. We are so grateful to have had her by our side through such an important milestone.   When I was looking for a realtor I seriously looked up best realtors in my area, Delisa was the top of the list so I called her and about 15 other realtors and ultimately decided to sign with Delisa. Her name was at the top of the list for a reason, from looking at a dozen houses in a day to being professional and timely and absolutely knowledgeable about the whole buying process for us. We wish we could give 5 additional stars. An additional thanks is needed for her husband Morris, also a licensed realtor, for being available and super helpful during the appraisal process.
