  They have so many rats that come out during the day and night and they wont do anything about it. Just want to lay traps and baits down. No one wants to live with rodents to point you walk in the kitchen and turn on the light and see not one but two rats roaming around the floor is a major issue that needs to be address. Please find a different place to live. My worst mistake was moving here.

  Another new name, I've lost count. I lived here for five years and in that time the name changed 6 times. When I moved out I left everything for my ex, because it was so roach infested I didn't want to take anything but a few clothes. The first night I had roaches in my brand new bed, I couldn't walk with out flip flops from the roaches crunching under my feet. The only thing that improved the situation was buying my own insect killer and vacuuming every single day for months. Even then, it barely helped the problem. I hope they fixed all that but short of knocking everything down and rebuilding, I doubt it's changed from reading the reviews. One of two pools was never cleaned or working in five years, only led to snakes and rats. We had maintenance later let go come inside our unit to use our bathroom it's no work order. Our A)c never worked, 4 out of 5 years our power bill was over $200 for not cooling, they promise to fix but never did. Two people were killed during our stay there and every unit reeked of weed. We complained but nothing was ever fixed. Our water bill was insane as we were billed for the building as a whole divided by number of bedrooms, meaning my husband and I were charged for 6 people in the unit under our , same with unit across from ours, others having no less than four people a unit. Ridiculous! The only pro was having a fireplace that was turned off three out of the five years as they never cleaned the chimneys.. parking where we went towed more than once as everyone not living there would have four cars a unit and we had just one, parked in front of mail box on a Sunday for two hours and paid $600 towed to Tarrant come to find out their daughter lived there and would split profits of vehicle towed ! Who can afford all that and face your neighbors have domestic situations every day ? So I hope with the new name comes along of changes, I think this is the 8-9th name since 2017? Was cliffs at Rocky Ridge...I can't remember all the names. Good luck !

  I recommend Onyx Hoover Apartments they are very courteous and handle maintenance needs in a timely fashion. The Apartments are remodeled and we love our apartment. Low to no violence and peaceful for my family!

  The staff at Onyx Hoover is very helpful and attentive. The community is starting to look so much better and you can see a huge difference.
