  The front office staff is attentive and very detailed oriented. Ariel L. Is a front office agent sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable of her job. She makes sure she handles your situations in a timely manner and to the best of her capabilities!!!

  I stopped by the leasing office this morning to report that my dryer was not working and to discuss a few things I needed taken care of in my apartment. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cheryl, and I must say she was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say and made me feel heard and valued as a resident. It’s not every day that you come across someone who makes customer service feel so genuine. Cheryl’s positive attitude and willingness to help truly made my morning better. I really appreciate the way she treated me, and I wanted to make sure her kindness and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Cheryl, for making my experience at the leasing office such a pleasant one! Keep up the amazing work!

  The staff has been extremely inconsiderate and unresponsive to ongoing issues within the community. Packages are being left unsecured, which has resulted in items being stolen. We are also paying amenity fees for services and facilities that are not consistently functioning or properly maintained. The package room is frequently left unsecured, creating an unnecessary security concern for residents. The water continues to be an ongoing issue, yet residents are still being charged high water and sewage fees. It is especially frustrating to continue paying these fees when there are still noticeable sewage odors throughout the property. Residents should not have to continuously pay for services and amenities that are not being properly maintained or provided. These concerns need to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

  I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here ! They gave me an roach infested apartment & acted like nothing was wrong with that and ALL OF THEM IN THAT OFFICE have nasty ass attitudes and clearly no customer service at all , I had to up and move within 2 days spent almost $200 on TWO UHAULS IN 2 days because of this . They will make it seem like a nice apartment but they are trash asf especially for that rent to be that high ! Overcharging to stay w roaches & the SAME APARTMENT I WAS IN they put it right back online to be rented again 🤣 not to mention I only seen one bug at first so I decided to bomb the place I come back BUGS EVERY WHERE all in my couch I couldn’t even take with me because I did not want their bugs coming back to me . They didn’t do anything to help me feel better about just having to up and move with no plans so now I had to spend extra money to move elsewhere after have this plan for over two months . They need better management and better people in that office , and they don’t answer the phone either
