  Love this place! Well kept everything is nice and the staff is so professional and kind soon as you walk in! Isabella and Ariel were very nice and answered all my questions - highly recommend

  Ariel helped us look at apartments today and she was perfect ! Very nice and welcoming and she was also very detailed and thoroughly explained everything to us !

  Michelle McMurry was very courteous and professional. I asked to transition from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and she not only sat with me and discussed the best options, but she offered to do a personal walkthrough of every unit available to make sure they were appropriate living conditions. Thanks Michelle and I look forward to you assisting me with my transition.

  Wasted a lot of time and energy on this company. They were having a deal and required a $99 money order to secure our unit. What we were shown was different than the unit that was available for us. This apartment also shows deceptive pictures online that does not match the unit. The unit that looked poorly had water damage under the kitchen sink, chipped/old cabinets, was old and overall dirty, and had a mildew smell. They show nice pictures on websites but we were shown a poor quality unit. Always ask to tour the unit that you will be getting before submitting your application or paying anything. They have money to make the leasing office look nice, have a pool and other amenities but can't have nice looking units? They also messed up the lease duration, and unit on the leasing agreement. Their prices change daily so that is frustrating and annoying. This was my top pick but has quickly lost that place after all the run-arounds. Izzy and Ariel was working with us and said they will do their best to help, but they failed. This company has been a disappointment.

  I lived here from 2018 to 2022. It was a nightmare. AC issues. Pool closed all the time for no stated reasons. Gym equipment broken. Eaves of buildings falling off. I have family who still live there and it’s only gotten worse. The city needs to level these apartments. They’re so dirty. Nothing is properly maintained.
