  HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY! They fail to make fixing my AC a priority. I am dealing with 92+ degree temps in my apartment. The main fan, portable AC and 4 floor fans are not cooling the apartment down. I have suffered an asthma attack, nausea, headaches. I am tempted to report them for allowing people to live in dangerous and inhumane conditions. In addition, my power bill will be so high that I won't be able to afford it. They don't care! They only care about late rent! I have called for status on the repair time at least 5 times. No answer! Please, please help someone. I guess they will find me dead from a heat stroke. Oh well. Another vacant apartment for them.

  I have a fines 200 dls for nothing, but no one come to fix my floor,mi seeling, my shower room, my ac condiciones, my power Bill Bill its a doble, but the hills at hoover just want a still a money of enero one

  They do not like to fix simple things around your place. They close out work orders when they don't even look at them and outside walls look like mold on them. Why would you want to have company when they see the walls walking to your place looks like that. If you can help it save yo self the drama of moving here!!!! To respond I have multiple times and we get the same response but being here over a year and a half same problems since we 1st started putting in service request I just want to add this to any future residents that might think they want to move here im going to tell you this make sure u look at the apartment real good even though that might not help cause they do a real good job painting over mold. They replace the messed up portion but dont fix the problem so when you move in you think it look nice. Its just a simple fix to get you to move in then you will see the mold after and by then you signed you lease and stuck. IF YOU ARE BEING SHOWED 3623 B RUN FAST. You will have problems wen u move in!!!!!!!

  Noticing that most of these are almost a year ago Worst place to live. Trash compactor is always full and overflowing leaving it to be rodents around it. I have raccoons in my wall literally sounds like someone moving around in the wall all night between me and my bottom neighbors we are continuously beating on the wall. Kitchen sink faucet to hot water is is broken sink leaked on the left side. No washer dryer connection they want you to use the onsite. However there’s always only one washer and dryer working trash man comes thru 11 12 at night slamming is engine seemingly done on purpose. Just avoid this place overall
