  If you are young and need somewhere affordable to stay this is place for you finance wise. However, the comments about management being rude and inconsiderate are accurate. Whether you are moving in or moving out, it has to be the most difficult, expensive, and unexplainable situation of my life. This was a place I started with right out of college and stayed for 2 years yet there is no compassion or grace from management. Being a tenant here is not appreciated but the move in and move out makes that clear

  I have been living in the same Apartment for 3 years in a row. The maintenance team is great and responsive to get your problems solved. The place is safe and calm.The leasing office team is also nice and friendly. BUT I do not know why the Abbey dose not Appreciate the loyalty of their residents. That is to say, irrespective of the high rent compared to other residentials in the city, they still increase your rent yearly as if you are a new resident! In other words, no matter how long you rent with the Abbey, your rent is getting higher every year ( up to $75). Sad to be treated as such in your loved place !! Thank you.

  If I could give this place less than one star, I would. My apartment was on the bottom floor next to the stairs. I could hear ever little step up and down those stairs. My upstairs neighbor would shake the ceiling lamps when he would walk across his floor. There were roaches and water bugs. To top it all off, my first night of washing clothes, the water lines were hooked up incorrectly so the hot was cold and vise versa. Needless to say, this caused all my clothes in that first load of laundry to shrink! I hate this apartment complex with a fiery passion of a thousand suns. And finally, the workers are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
