  If you are young and need somewhere affordable to stay this is place for you finance wise. However, the comments about management being rude and inconsiderate are accurate. Whether you are moving in or moving out, it has to be the most difficult, expensive, and unexplainable situation of my life. This was a place I started with right out of college and stayed for 2 years yet there is no compassion or grace from management. Being a tenant here is not appreciated but the move in and move out makes that clear

  Edited six years later to add that we're still here and it's still just as awesome. (Also to add Tim to the maintenance shout-out!) Original review: Great neighborhood, professional office staff, updated appliances, well-kept grounds, regular pest control, functional online portal for rent payments and complex announcements, and THE BEST MAINTENANCE STAFF IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE! (Shout-out to Dennis!) Our AC unit bit the dust, and it was replaced the same day. Not only that, but the maintenance crew here leaves zero mess behind in your apartment. It's like they were never even there, except that whatever issue you were having has magically been repaired. The apartments themselves may not be the biggest or most modern, but the rent is so worth it to deal with professional people who care about residents.

  If I could give this place less than one star, I would. My apartment was on the bottom floor next to the stairs. I could hear ever little step up and down those stairs. My upstairs neighbor would shake the ceiling lamps when he would walk across his floor. There were roaches and water bugs. To top it all off, my first night of washing clothes, the water lines were hooked up incorrectly so the hot was cold and vise versa. Needless to say, this caused all my clothes in that first load of laundry to shrink! I hate this apartment complex with a fiery passion of a thousand suns. And finally, the workers are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
