This isn’t my first rodeo I’ve bought a mobile home before and looking to purchase another so I know what’s going on so decide to stop here since it was local. Well after finally getting some one to help me out of the 3 people that was with one customer we went to the first dbl wide and it was just the basic model with a price of 89 grand plus 10 grand for set up and delivery in what world is delivery and setup not included in the price like I said I have bought one before and it was included also have friends & family, neighbors that all bought one and even been to different lots and set up and delivery is included. Set up level tie down under pinning and hvac is included the Only thing that’s not is the electrical and water this place is ripping you off So if you go buy a Tesla. $$ are the batteries sold separately the tires sold separate the seats are extra and do you want keys. That would be 20 grand xtra Too. Stay away from Clayton homes in Henagar al they are ridiculous crazy people oh btw went to Clayton homes in albertsville same mobile home delivery set up is included and about 4 grand cheaper SOLD. !! and will be delivered and set up around the 8th of may go see Evan @ Clayton home on 431 Albertville across from slim chickens you will be happy 😊
