  The Villas at Bon Secour apartments is a wonderful place to live So glad they are under new management now. We bought a house and no longer live there but would recommend The Villas at Bon Secour

  I have not moved in yet, however I want to sing praises to Tracy and Mandi. I am a widow getting ready to move into my new home alone for the first time im my life. The earlier reviews that I read were not great. I decided to go look anyway. Tracy was amazing from day 1. Then I brought my mother another day the following week. Tracy immediately recognized me. My mother and I both agreed to give this place a shot. The prices were right and the rental team seemed so nice. Well, I ended up with a beautiful unit

  Be prepared for a 20%-30% increase in your rent after one year. Lived here 3 yrs & No explanation. Seems most residents are moving out. Also “offers” online are not as they seem.
