- MDMeah Dore'Sep 6, 20263.0I love the updated amenities and how beautiful the units are. But the community as a whole could use some major work. Trash filled to the brim or overflowing with rat feces nearly every day. Neighbor’s incoherent with reasonable quiet hours, they’ll stand outside your door and hoot & holler at midnight, but nothing a noise machine can’t fix I guess. If I’m paying this much in rent for an 3 bed I’d expect the pool to be a bit cleaner for as much chlorine is thrown in it, and not have to step over rat poo every evening.
