  Very disappointing experience with Woodbrook Apartments, especially after moving out. I received a final statement containing charges that I believe are incorrect, including a charge for damaged blinds that I do not recall being damaged and an additional day of rent after my lease ended. The office was closed on my move out date, and I was specifically told I could return the keys the following Monday without being charged extra. I formally disputed the charges in writing and requested documentation supporting them. Despite giving management plenty of time to respond, I received no response or explanation. Mistakes can happen, but when a former resident raises a legitimate billing dispute, provides the details in writing, and asks for documentation, management should at least respond. The lack of communication and the way my final account has been handled have left me extremely disappointed.

  I been here a year never had any major issues the little problems was seen about very quickly but a nice community and apartment

  I have lived here for over a year and have been very pleased with the staff here. The office personnel are always there for us when we need them and answer any questions we have. The maintenance personnel are amazing and quick to respond to the very few problems I’ve had since I’ve been here.

  I have only lived here a little over a month and have been extremely impressed with the entire staff here. From the front office to the maintenance staff! Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Ryan, addressed my AC issue quickly and thoroughly. Such a wonderful young man! Also, right after I moved in I had an issue with a bathroom sink. Your Maintenance Team was right on it and had me taken care of in no time at all. Please take good care of you Staff at this complex because good people like this are hard to find. Thanks again Ryan for all of your help today.
