- DLDelton LewisAug 7, 20255.0I highly recommend this property. The office Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The entire village is well maintained and rules enforced keeping a safe environment. Ask for Kaitlyn or Beverly when you go and thank me later. You won’t be disappointed

We emailed letting them know we would be late on rent before the month of may even started, my grandfather passed and I had to help with expenses. I never heard anything back , was never served a 7 day notice and when we went to pay rent we had a 600 dollar extra charge and found out through that they filed for eviction. Was told by the regional manager and 3 other people in the office the fees would be removed if I paid, they were not even removed before next months rent was due so I had another late fee added on top of rent and the legal fees they told me they were not eating and I was obligated to pay. Maintenance request goes months being unanswered, they never answer the phone or reply to emails. VERY NEGLECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Do not recommend paying $2000+ in rent for a terrible experience. Look elsewhere, there’s better
