Overall, our experience was good. The only issue we had was communication during the application and leasing process. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the office, and there were a few occasions when we were told we would receive a call back but never did. This made the process a little frustrating and stressful at times. However, everything was eventually resolved, and we really appreciate the help we received from Christian Murphy, who assisted us with the process. He was very kind, attentive, and professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. We appreciate his help and are looking forward to living here.

Jason with Tri-Cities Services did a great job! Went above and beyond to repair the toilet issue (and another related issue) quickly and effectively!
