  I am very pleased to renew my lease at Bentbrook Village with Stutts Properties! I have never rented from any nicer people! They are prompt and efficient with any service call that I've had and respectful when they are in my apartment!🙂

  They take care of thier tenants! I woke up this morning with no air-conditioning in my house. I have a dog that stays at home. I put in a maintenance request with Meld this morning at 8:00 AM. A couple of hours they had a technician at my house to fix my unit. I was listening to my coworker. Say that they have been waiting a week to get someone to check their unit. I was just in tears, but those guys take care of thier tenants and I'm very thankful for that. I have leased from them for three years and They haven’t jacked my rent through the roof and they take care of anything that needs taken care of.

  Wonderful place to live! Beautiful two bedroom, two bath duplex with the best service ever from Doug who fixes anything you need! You will love living in this fantastic home and community!!

  This place was a very pleasant place to live. I would have liked to stay longer but I could not afford it on my own. The electric bill was extremely high compared to what im use to. Almost $300 per month.
