  Quite literally the worst apartment complex I’ve dealt with. The staff is extremely rude. The amenities are rarely available. There are dog feces everywhere. The way the grounds and residents are treated is just unacceptable.

  I have lived in six different apartments and this is by far one of the best management teams that I have come across. Shaelah and Rowan truly care about their residents' experience. As someone new to the area, they made my moving process so much less stressful. In my experience, they are not just about the business, but more centered on resident satisfaction. The amenities are top notch - the pool and gym are always clean and empty most days. The location of The Retreat - proximity to downtown, publix, the hospital, etc. is great, however, I think the management team is what is what sets this place apart. You can trust that your concerns will be heard and addressed - very approachable and helpful team. I can't rave enough about Shaelah and Rowan. If you are new to the area and looking for a spot in Fairhope, you literally cannot go wrong by choosing to live here!!

  I live here! I moved from out of town, and fell in love with these brand new apartments! They have the most amazing amenities and phenomenal customer service! They are very quick to respond and truly care about each and every resident! These apartments are 5 stars! Living at the Retreat at Fairhope Village is an absolute DREAM and feels like living at a luxurious resort everyday! I will resign my lease next year for sure!
