  DO NOT RENT UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES (4307) I truly couldn’t not recommend a place more. If you do decide to rent here, please be sure to inspect your location for roaches prior to move in. The day we moved in, I noticed we had a pretty severe German Cockroach infestation – many adults, babies and egg sacs were found the first night. After contacting management, all they did was suggest that we get the unit sprayed the next week. This went on for the entire year that we rented. There has not been a time longer than a month where our apartment didn’t have German Cockroaches. Management dodged dozens of phone calls, voicemails, and emails to address it. When they did respond, their only solution was to ask pest control to spray again the next week. I have spent hundreds of dollars on items to help aid in this, spent dozens of nights with friends when I would find live roaches in my bed, and have not even had one apology from management. I have never written a negative review, and don’t plan on ever writing one again, but I am hopeful that this review may save someone a year of torment that I experienced. The staff here are rude and lazy and have been condescending and hurtful. Besides the roaches, this complex is still not what is advertised at all. The “luxury” apartment has “valet trash” that you are automatically opted into that comes whenever they feel like it. The pool has a grill that doesn’t ever work. And the gated community (that drew me in initially), has quite literally only been operable for one week out of the year I have lived here. Below are just three of nearly one hundred photos I have taken of baby roaches, adults and their egg sacs.

  Unfortunately, I was not happy with my stay here. When I first moved in, the dog feces everywhere, overflowing trash, and a never working gate was enough for me to look past. Then I had a gentleman move in above me. I have lived in 5 different apartments in my life and have never experienced the amount of noise that came from above me. I had two decorative plates come crashing down and break due to his stomping. I slept in my car on multiple occasions because he was so loud every night. I cried listening to him scream at his girlfriend and dog obscene things. And the management office politely told me it was apart of "apartment living". I have never felt so unsafe, so violated in my own home. I moved out before my rent was up as soon as I could leave. The only upside is the maintenance men are so kind, and it was reassuring to have one live across from me when I felt so unsafe with what was going on above me. If you are anyone who enjoys to sleep and a peaceful home, I'd recommend not living here. I cried nearly daily after that man moved in and my mental health plummeted because no one cared. My experience was poor management and incorrect handling of my situation.

  AHI Corporate Housing has been partnering with this lovely community for several years now. The location is great and the staff is top notch. The apartments are well appointed and the amenities for residents to enjoy are wonderful! If you are looking for a great place to call home on the eastern shore, then this is the place for you!

  We moved here a year ago and we love it. The management is very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is on time and friendly. We have 2 cats and they like it too! Great place to live as retirees! We love the community atmosphere.

  Quite literally the worst apartment complex I’ve dealt with. The staff is extremely rude. The amenities are rarely available. There are dog feces everywhere. The way the grounds and residents are treated is just unacceptable.
