  Jason Smith was extremely helpful and punctual with every task that came our way while getting our loan approved. This was the smoothest loan process I’ve ever experienced, and everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure we understood what was happening. Whatever Jason and his team do behind the scenes, I truly applaud them for making the process so easy. Thank you for all your help, Jason. We’ll see you again when it’s time for the next home!

  This mortgage company was referred to me by a real estate agent. Started out good but and over the process of getting the home loan everything that could go wrong went wrong. Closing got pushed back four to five times. He made changes on the loan application without consulting me. Didn't explain anything about the process. If he did make changes without consulting me he never called or emailed me to let me know. Anytime I tried to reach out to him as far as email phone call or text it was normally a day or better before he ever reached back out to me. Absolutely would not recommend his services at all. Dealing with Josh Spears was absolutely the worst experience that I've had!

  If you are in the market for a house and need the funds, Jason is the person to do it. Credit not perfect no problem, this man pulls money out of thin air. He is professional as they come. He will not leave you on the hook for weeks He answers the phone and returns calls. He is amazing at what he does. So if you are in the market to buy a house hit him up.
