  10/10. From the second she picked up the phone to the day after closing, she treated me not like a client or a customer but like a close friend or family member. Unbelievably great customer service. Even after the sale and everything was done, she still continued to answer my phone calls and help me with every question I had. Thank you very much Ms. Coleman!

  Since I was out of town, Susan helped me with selling my house in Evergreen. She went out of her way to get it done and everything that I needed to do to help her in the process. Highly recommend her to anyone.

  My husband contacted Susan off her sign on another listing. The property didn’t fit what we were looking for but Susan took the time to ask questions and learn what it was that we were searching for. She had a listing that was just coming available, sent us pictures and was available quickly for us to come see the cabin and most of the acreage. It checked all the boxes. We made an offer and, being out of state, Susan assisted us with getting all the inspections we requested and communicating all the details of the transaction with finesse between all parties. Susan was responsive to all our texts, phone calls, emails, and any question we had she either had the answer or found out. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Susan as a realtor or refer her.   WOW! When we met Susan, not only did we get a great realtor - we gained a lifelong FRIEND! She helped us adapt to the area & gave us advice on the right people to call locally for any work we may need in the future on our house! We were BLESSED to find a home that we can put a little effort into and possibly gain alot of value. She especially helped us get a GREAT deal on an FHA loan! YAY! She answered my calls at every turn. Sometimes on her private time or while she was busy ..... She takes care of you! .... and thanks to her, I never have to buy another home !

  Absolutely love Susan!! She is amazing to work with, makes things happen when you are on a time crunch. On time & just a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable about listings. Has no issues walking properties with you, even in the rain & she comes prepared with umbrellas. She becomes more than an agent, she becomes a friend.
