  This may be a good place to have manage your rental property, but if you rent a property from them, be diligent with everything. Take hundreds of pictures prior to your move in, take hundreds prior to exiting. I would consider that it may be extremely likely that you will have a battle on your hands when your lease is up and I would encourage extreme caution and diligence on your part. You can't have enough pictures.

  Do not trust them if you are a renter or real estate investor. They will up sell maintenance and paint repairs that are very costly. There are better property managers in Enterprise, Alabama. Save yourself from stress and losing a couple a thousand dollars. Hope this review helps someone
