  I called the office looking for a certain floorplan for a certain price. A saleslady named Gayle answered the phone. She was very courteous and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. She immediately got to work to see if she could meet my needs. Unfortunately something came up and I had to change my plans. When i called to tell her she was very gracious and understood... Even though i didn't buy here i felt like leaving this review. If you are looking to purchase a home i would highly recommend calling Gayle. - Jon Green

  I would like to take this time to say I am so pleased with Carl V. at Clayton Homes in Enterprise, Al, he is committed to what he does, and to the buyer. He made this experience wonderful and life changing. He was there through my whole buying process, he answered every text message and phone call from me within a timely manner, even if he was out on business. He got me everything I wanted in my home, because I had a few things I wanted differently, he was able to meet all my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone. I even had a few interactions with the owner who was very supportive as well, I believe his name is Steve. Also they know you by name when you walk in the office, I was surprised to hear them call me by name.Thanks to the young lady in the front office and the other female salesman, they both new my name as well. This business is very professional, they make the process very easy, Carl was considerate of my time and schedule closing etc around the time I needed. Also the Clayton crew the men that installed my cabinets and skirting etc. very friendly, professional and understanding Thank you Carl, Steve, your crew and the set up crew for making my family's dream come true of being in a beautiful, comfortable new home.

  I thought the entire process, from initially walking through the homes to signing the closing paperwork went very smoothly. I enjoyed working with Carl throughout the entire process. He communicated very well and made sure our needs were met. We were satisfied with the work that was done to get everything hooked up and ready for us to move in. We have run into several issues with the AC and hot water heater, but other than that, we have been pleased.

  Mr.carl was an amazing person to go through. Everything was an easy going Carl helped fund me and my family our first home. I want thank everyone at Clayton homes and Mr.carl for all the help if anyone needs a new home go see them. Carl was always a text or phone call away and also kept us updated on the whole process. Was a good experience untill know when it’s all been pushed back and now they have to fix the floors and they don’t know when it’ll be fixed house has been there since may 19th. Almost 2 months of being there they came yesterday and fix the damages on the inside. Maybe they can fix it and I can turn this back into a great review and etc.

  First, I want to share our wonderful experience purchasing a new home through ClaytonHomes. We couldn't have asked for a better team to assist us. Our main point of contact, Carl Velasquez, was an exceptional salesman. He was knowledgeable and available to answer any questions without hovering while we searched for the home that suited our needs. If he didn't have an answer immediately, he was diligent about researching it for us. He was always accessible whether by phone or in person and returned our calls promptly. Carl also served as an excellent resource for information about the home and provided invaluable assistance with our VA loan requirements, which involved specific standards for tie-downs and the pad. He remained incredibly patient through several delays and snags we encountered. Furthermore, the financing referral Carl provided was excellent. John Langdon was equally helpful with all our financial needs. If you are looking for a finance company i highly recommend him. We also found the service crew to be well-trained and very willing to resolve any issues. Thank you Tommy and Aaron. I would definitely return to Clayton Homes for future needs. I highly recommend Clayton Homes and Carl Velasquez in particular. Thank you, Carl, for everything you did to help us.
