The property is maintained exceptionally - grass cut weekly, shrubs, hedges & tree limbs trimmed regularly - and any needed maintenance inside your apartment is easily reported to Takara or Emily in the office, and is then promptly corrected by Jason or Christian who handle maintenance. All of the above staff members are friendly & always willing to help when contacted. We highly recommend Dothan Farms to anyone looking to rent an apartment !!

Those 2 ladies have hearts of gold and have treated us like family! The maintenance team are also amazing and take quick action to assist when needed. I’ve never experienced this kind of management before! I mean…top notch! The apartments are beautiful with crown molding and granite countertops plus beautiful LV flooring and a nice upgraded carpet, not like that builders grade stuff. The view from our back patio is very calming. The area is very quiet and feels like a resort getaway. We’re so happy that we chose Dothan Farms Apartments and you will be too. I just can’t say enough positive things about living here.
