  We had a wonderful experience working with Clayton Mobile Homes throughout the purchase and setup of Connor & Meredith's mobile home. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions along the way. Parker Childress was so helpful and great to work with during this process. They made what could have been a stressful process much smoother and easier for our family. We especially appreciated their communication and dedication to making sure everything was completed correctly. The crew worked hard during the setup process and treated us with kindness and respect. We are very happy with their new home and thankful for the excellent customer service we received. We would definitely recommend Clayton Mobile Homes to anyone looking to purchase a mobile home!

  Parker was great! We were so excited as we were welcoming a new baby and needed more space quickly. Setup and trim out were AWFUL!!! Even the manufacturer sent someone to look at our AC (because it wasn’t set up correctly from day 1) and he said the trim job done on our home was absolutely pitiful and sorry. I’d already shared my issues with Dustin at move in. He assured me he’d get those things fixed. He was supposed to send missing cabinet pieces the next week. Haven’t heard from him since (3 months ago)! Still have massive cracks, polka dotted ceilings, shingles hanging off both ends of the house etc. I absolutely will never recommend this to anyone needing a home. It’s been a horribly expensive lesson learned.

  My husband and I started the process of buying our first home back in October of 2025. We browsed at multiple dealerships but ended up falling in love with the Maverick at Clayton Homes. Ruby was so amazing and made our entire home buying process way easier than anticipated! They did everything at our pace and Dustin was great with helping get everything set up for us. We just moved in during February 2026 and so far we are very satisfied with our new home!

  Customer friendly staff, calm atmosphere, pleasant voice time staff, nice staff, they offer beverages to make you feel comfortable, no loud music, graceful, peaceful, staff very attentive to customers. 👍🏽
