  If you want your home to be full of MOLD at just three years old you would definitely want to purchase your home here!!! Their installers have absolutely poor workmanship they modified the home at the roof where the doublewide married together. Due to their poor workmanship water has leaked into the roof for the last three years causing water damage and mold damage. They placed a ridge cap over their alterations/modifications with no felt paper or roof flashing no way for water to not be sealed out. Whenever it has rained, water has ran into the hole down the middle of the home. The mold pictured on the inside of the home is just the beginning. We also have door casing sagging from water damage also which is also showing signs of mold. Also signs of mold in the recess lighting. This company has yet to rectify any of these issues except for telling us the home only has a one year warranty however according to the Clayton website some exterior items like roofs are covered up to 4 years after.
