  I’ve been here since the end of January. I love how close it is to dining options, University Hospital, and the Kirklin Clinic. I feel really safe here. Overall great place to live

  I’ve been living here for almost 2 months now and honestly it’s been a really good experience so far. Shanae (the leasing consultant) made my move-in process super smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. Since living here, I haven’t had any major issues. The few minor things I did have were taken care of fast—maintenance came the very next morning. The rent is also very affordable, and everyone here is really friendly. They also host events for the whole building, which is a nice touch. Overall, no complaints—I’d definitely recommend!

  I’m giving Shanea a 5 star review. She is always thrilled to see me, whether I’m just coming by to chat or ask for clarity or if I have some type of complaint:) She always handles all of my visits with the upmost professionalism and is genuinely happy to see me. Property staff can certainly have a positive or negative impact on your living experience, whether minimal or otherwise. Shanea has definitely provided a positive bump to living at Tower on Tenth. Unless you own your own home, and perhaps even if you do, you are likely to have complaints about wherever you live. However, I’ve enjoyed living here overall. Staff does everything they can to ensure a positive living experience for all of their tenants. They want everyone to be happy and feel at home.

  Updated Review: I wanted to take time to thank the current staff and management for their immediate response to my review and taking time out of their busy schedules to resolve this matter regarding my refund whereas they issued my refund in a timely manner. I’m changing my past review due to the current staff and management to an excellent rating. I believe this current staff and management will honor and support the residents needs and concerns. I also believe that management will make a solemn effort to make magnificent changes and bring comfortable and updated living arrangements to Tower on Tenth. As long as the current staff and management is present, I feel comfortable encouraging everyone to become a resident at Tower on Tenth. Again, thank you to the current staff and management for your support and kindness. I am truly grateful. Original Review: I lived at Tower on Tenth from December 2022 to December 2025. When I first moved in, it was a beautiful experience. Management was kind and did everything to satisfy residents with regular events which included food selections. Unfortunately, management changed over the years and everything about this place changed as well. Management stopped making an effort to keep the floors clean. I personally had to put other residents’ trash which was regularly left in the hallway in the trash compartment. There were roaches on the walls and ceiling daily; regular requests were made for pest control assistance, and I constantly had to spray the walls daily to kill roaches. I moved out three days early in December 2025. Family and friends assisted me in making every effort to clean the unit from top to bottom. The place was spotless when I moved out. The assistant manager at that time assured me that I did a great job keeping the unit clean regularly and she also informed me that I did a great job cleaning when I moved out. When talking to the manager in December 2025 and January 2026, she informed me that it would take three months for me to get my deposit back. Currently, management has changed again, and the new manager claims that I can’t get my deposit back because the computer states that my unit had to be cleaned because I left it dirty. Again, I moved out three days early so that I, my family, and friends could thoroughly clean this unit from top to bottom. I was told by the new manager that there is nothing that can be done to get my deposit back because the last manager is gone and is not present to resolve the issue of refunding my deposit. My recommendation to anyone considering moving to Tower on Tenth is to not expect to get your deposit back when you decide to move out. Had I been treated fairly and my deposit was refunded, I would not have left this review. I want to warn and inform a potential resident of what to expect as a resident of Tower on Tenth. I hope this review helps you to make a wise decision to find another home somewhere else.
