  First let me say the staff is phenomenal. They will keep in touch with you and help you every way they can. now having said that. I read that the building was built in 2022! IMPOSSIBLE!! I think that was a misprint. maybe I miss read something or It may have been just a way to sell the places that are for sale. If it was truly built four years ago, the builders should be ashamed of themselves. But I will say that It is a great location downtown and exceptional safety because you need a code to get in and a code to get on the elevator the code/key to get in your room. But if I am able to post a bunch of pictures, you can see each pictures tell 1000 words! And these are actual pictures from a Customer in August 2026 not favorable or older pics that can b misleading. The reviews and pictures on Tripadvisor and Google are really good. Heads up! But it In fact, that’s what made me get the place. Because this said modern and I think newly renovated. I’m not so sure about that. Depends on your definition of modern and renovated. Like I said, let the pictures decide for you. Bottom line is I think/know the place (building and internal structures) are dated. In addition, on the upper floor, where you can see a good view of bham.There is a dog I guess dog-run/park out there. fake grass of course, but lot of dogs go to the bathroom. It’s cleaned up but in this heat, you go outside in your blown way buy a smell. It’s a BAD deal for the owners but good deal for the dogs. Look @ the bowl

  Taylor was amazing to tour with! She was so kind, informative, and thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions and show me around. The Frank is a beautiful building with great amenities, and Taylor made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

  Have a friend looking to move to Birmingham. Reached out to Eric and Taylor about a tour. They went above and beyond to do it all virtually! So she didn’t have to fly in. They are very professional and do great things for the community!

  Arrived for my tour appointment and there was no one at the desk, no way to contact a real person. It was locked at 2:30 on a Tuesday during their normal business hours

  As a young woman experiencing life post-grad, I have been loving it here at The Frank. From touring to moving in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very patient, even when I had a million questions lol. I moved in alone and a staff member helped me unload my car and haul it into the building, making an overwhelming task so much less stressful. Any maintenance requests have been answered promptly. The property itself is beautiful, a mix of original buildings and new luxury which I love. Rooftop and community areas are well taken care of. I like that you have to have a code or app access to get into the building and use the elevators. Having access to the parking deck is easy and makes me feel secure. It’s also in the heart of downtown BHAM, in a very safe and walkable area with lots of places to eat and things to do! It can be a pretty penny with the base rent + amenities for how small the space is, but I love my studio and the vibe of the building is so nice that I personally think it’s worth the money. The only things that have bugged me so far were that my unit wasn’t 100% cleaned upon move-in (dirty shower, dusty air filters, loose bathroom hangings, and black scuff marks on floor from washer/dryer installation), and that the washer/dryer combo can be finicky while washing clothes. But those things are very small in comparison to the positives of living here that my 5 stars remain. I would recommend living here to anyone new to the area or starting out solo!
