    The people I spoke with were friendly and made it easy to figure out where I needed to go. I stopped in on a weekday, and the visit felt organized without any hassle. Everyone I encountered was approachable and willing to answer basic questions. The building has a civic, historic feel that fits with the Freemasons and Shriners presence in Kansas. I also got the sense that the groups connected with it stay involved in the community and local causes. And the overall experience was simple, calm, and respectful. It was a good visit for anyone interested in the building or the organizations associated with it.

    10/10 stay! I spent a year at The Frank for my first solo living experience in a new neighborhood. Safety and comfort were huge for me, and I felt completely secure here. It is right in the heart of downtown, so food, grocery stores, and everything you need are completely accessible. My studio apartment was perfect, and the rooftop and study areas were my favorite spots to hang out. Even with a few management transitions, any issue I had was handled quickly. I wish there were a few more community events, but I still highly recommend this building to anyone moving to the area!

    I received a confirmation email for a tour at 12:30, I arrived early and waited 5 mins late and no one showed up!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 2 years and have seen it go down hill I consider a good tenant pay my bills make no noise nothing the few times I been late pay fee no problem because life happens but in March asked of this one late fee could be waived due to the passing of my mother and needed to get her accounts in order was told no because I had one waived during government shut down ( well excuse me for not getting a paycheck) they don’t pay their bills so trash piles up for weeks don’t pay the gas bill so no hot water at times forget to park for parking deck so you locked out even tho that includes rent. Acting apartment manger told me I should had said something when these things happen. When I brought it up when asking for late fee to be move when he said no about my mother. We can’t use the rooftop/ club house after 9pm when it use to be 247. If wanna go rooftop you have walk thru the dog area and up you don’t step in anything this place is trash management does not care about it’s residents at alll

    This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a rental property. I moved out over 10 MONTHS ago and have yet to receive my security deposit (approximately $1,200). Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent several emails, and every single time I’m told the same thing: that my check is “being processed” or “will be sent soon.” At this point, that excuse is no longer believable. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for a delay of this length. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for former tenants. I am posting this publicly in hopes that it finally gets your attention and leads to the return of my money. I have been more than patient, but enough is enough. If this is not resolved, I will be moving forward with legal action to recover my money. Future renters should be very cautious before choosing to live here. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
